Appreciate - Be grateful to and of your horses, treat them with kindness, knowledge and understanding.

Be - Be yourself, be pressent by example of your horse and just be. If in doubt, being is the way to reconnect with yourself and the horse

Create - people and horses are creative and curious beings. Find joy and pride in creating. If the horse is not up for it, you need to seek another way back to curiosity
